Architect with a Master's degree in Visual Arts, cum laude, from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Dr. Vicente Rocafuerte Gold Medal for ARTISTIC MERIT from the Honorable National Congress of Ecuador; Grant Award from the Pollock and Krasner Foundation; First Prize from the Northeast Hispanic Catholic Center at the Second Ibero-American Exhibition of Religious Art, New York, 2000; Arte Joven Award, UNAM, Mexico City.
Exhibitions and biennials in Europe, Asia, China, Japan, the United States, and several Latin American countries.
In Ecuador, the Quliago Project, an 8-kilometer art intervention, the LIVING WOMEN Monument, and the MIRALAS MIRATE project, an urban art intervention in various public spaces in Quito and other Ecuadorian cities.
Several publications, in book format, and his work appears in more than 10 anthologies of Ecuadorian art.
